IPTVault is the enterprise management platform for Visionary Solutions encoders, decoders, and multiviewers. Drag-and-drop video routing, real-time monitoring, video walls, and firmware deployment — all from any browser.
Built for professional AV integrators managing
From a single conference room to a sprawling multi-building campus, IPTVault gives your team complete control over every Visionary Solutions device on the network.
Route encoder sources to decoder displays with an intuitive drag-and-drop matrix. Live MJPEG thumbnail previews show exactly what's playing on every screen in real time.
Configure multi-display video walls with a visual grid designer. Define rows, columns, bezel compensation, and assign encoder sources per zone.
Full MV5 multiviewer support with 5 layout modes: Quad, PiP, Full Screen, Side-by-Side, and custom configurations.
Four roles — Superadmin, Administrator, Technician, Viewer — with 30 individually configurable permissions across 10 categories. Lock down exactly who can do what.
Save routing configurations as presets and schedule them by day and time. Automate your lobby displays, meeting room sources, or digital signage rotations hands-free.
Upload firmware packages and deploy to compatible devices across your entire network. Track progress per device with real-time status updates.
Every action is tracked — route changes, user logins, device edits, firmware deployments. Filter by user, category, or date range, and export to CSV for compliance.
Built-in bell notifications, ntfy.sh push notifications, and Teams/Slack webhook integration. Know instantly when devices go offline or firmware completes.
WebSocket-based live updates push device status, thumbnail refreshes, and discovery progress to all connected browsers simultaneously. No refreshing needed.
IPTVault sits between your users and your AV devices. Users only need a browser — the server handles all device communication.

Yes. IPTVault is a modern, web-based replacement for VisionLite. It supports all the same devices while adding multi-user access control, scheduling, video walls, audit logging, and browser-based access from any device. VisionLite can continue to run alongside IPTVault during your transition.
The IPTVault server must be on the same VLAN as your Visionary devices for multicast/broadcast discovery. Users only need browser access to port 8080 on the server — they can be on any network. No special firewall rules are needed beyond routing port 8080.
No. IPTVault uses an embedded SQLite database with async I/O. There's nothing to install, configure, or maintain. Your data lives in a single file on the server.
There is no hard limit. IPTVault uses WebSocket connections for real-time updates, so every connected browser gets live device status without polling. Typical deployments support dozens of concurrent users with minimal server resources.
Yes. IPTVault supports three notification channels out of the box: in-app bell notifications, ntfy.sh push notifications (for mobile/desktop), and webhook integration for Microsoft Teams and Slack. You'll know instantly when a device goes offline or a firmware update completes.
IPTVault runs on macOS, Linux, and Windows. It ships with startup scripts for all three platforms, plus production service configurations for macOS LaunchDaemon, Linux systemd, and Windows NSSM service wrapper.
